What would you do?

Some people prefer to drive a longer road to avoid traffic jam, while others insist on taking the shortest road even though they may get stuck for a longer time.

Some people will take a longer road just to avoid traffic lights. Or u-turns.

Interesting huh? There must be some human insight in this - forensic science says 'the way we do one thing is the way we do all things'.

What do YOU do, and does it apply to other areas of your life too?

I know I hate u-turns cos I hate back-tracking to things or tasks I've already done. I like to charge ahead to new ground, new creations. So fluffy, right?

interesting insights. i've always thought it means something from the way we drive and our habits while driving.( did i repeat myself?)

I hate u-turns too eventhought i dont drive and i love to tread on different path just to see where it leads me. its scary but for some reason its also fun.

What about taking the scenic route?

What about some people willing to drive round and round or wait in the car with the engine running for that parking lot nearest to the entrance?

Or what about those willing to walk alittle bit, save some time and some fuel to park a little way off from the entrance?

i think for me...i m always impulsive... i see jam ahead of me, i will quickly turn somewhere else, and end up lost and spending more time going back on track... dunno does this apply on my daily life or not though.
and one of my friend just got a GPS navigator, now we won't get lost. LOL

haha cool stuff!
i once had a thought: i'd rather get lost than get stuck in a traffic jam. bcos getting stuck in a jam puts my "destiny" in the hands of others; i.e. i can only go as fast as the other cars allow me to. whereas if im lost i can still rely on my own abilities to get me out of my fix. =p

the very boring and accept the fact guy..
wont turn other way.. well unless its really jam..
or saw other ppl turning to maybe a shortcut..
well.. never a risk taker.. alwis willin to stuck in the jam... wld not wanna break the law cos i felt if everyone try breaking the law just to get thr faster.. its gonna be a more more more messy jam...
so ppl.. pls dun suka-suka take the emergency lane... be a concern driver.

Personally, I'm the go-the-long-way, stay-as-far-away-from-the-jam-as-i-can-even-if-it-means-i-have-to-pay-the-f**king-1.60-toll kinda person. Which means I get lost a lot. And now know about 18 possible routes to get back to my house. Heh.

The path of least resistance takes you to your destination fastest and what's better is more economical. When a mass is travelling at a constant speed, the inertia generated is sufficient to propel it forward without expanding more energy or force.

er.. i'll get another road. Don't like jams and crowds la.
in other word, impatient!

and rae, try other way is good; but getting lost isn't fun! but one thing for sure, when u reach your destiny, its a relief.

anyway, i'm still adventurous... ain't i?? :D
