Must watch
While talking with the Honest Grouch today, I realised that there are two TV shows that I consider 'must watch' - especially for advertising people. They are Scrubs and CSI. I'm not going to say why yet - post your comments and let's discuss!

Commander in Cheif is also very nice. Just loved it when the gender roles were turned around; Mdm. President, and the First Husband. ahahahahaha
And Gina Davies... She is good...
csi=everything happen with a reason. which has tel us, a straegy or an ad serve with a purpose behind it. you just need to find the answer to ur question in and out.
scrubs= i love to watch this show too. cos i love the part that it explain about human's nature in a very humourous way, love it when it comes to the end part that the guy will tel out his thought of the day.. it will be great.. that if we can see everything with both side.. understanding people more.
Scrubs is not bad really. I especially like Perry. He's so cynical and he reminds me of myself. His negativity consumes him like a big fat leech sucking blood from an elephant.
Another one is Top Gear - the car review show hosted by Jeremy Clarkson.
It's brilliant! So damn creative. Although I don't know nuts about cars, I salute their creativity - great product demos.

where have you been !? scrubs is kinda old.
for advertisements need? i dont think so, but its just nice to watch about medical in a humorous point of view.
Maybe you should watch Arrested Developement and Grey's Anatomy or even better House.

House- Rogue Cynical Doctor meets CSI
Arrested Develpement- watch it.
Aint disrespecting anything, but these shows are nice to watch when your head is trying to crack a brief.
csi has been bastardized and it's spawned so many spin-off shows. everytime i watch csi miami or ny or whatever i feel so cheated but i can't help it because it is so addicting. and it plays on your curiosity, feeding you a bit of info at a time, but just enough to make you go 'owhmygawd i have to watch this till the end'.. so that you have no choice but to watch it till the end. and that is why it is good for advertising people.
i like scrubs too. the characters are quirky but believable because they're all exaggerated versions of ourselves, or part of ourselves. on some level we've all felt like perry the cocky cynical bastard, or the janitor who lets nobody disrespect him and swears revenge on anyone who does. i like elliott, she says things i would be thinking in my head but am too sane to say.
the show serves as a mirror almost, and invites us to laugh at ourselves and say look here! look at the things we do! and that is why it is good for advertising people.
i've never seen top gear, but i agree with azraai.. arrested development is hilarious. you won't see the jokes coming from a mile away.
